The shipping time ranges from 1 to 7 business days, contingent upon the destination and carrier. Orders placed before 01:00 pm (CET) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.
§ Shipping Fees:
Our shipping fees encompass handling and packing charges, in addition to postage costs. While handling fees remain fixed, transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend consolidating items into a single order to optimize shipping costs.

- Deliveries Inside the EU:
There are no customs or import charges for deliveries within the European Union.
- Deliveries Outside the EU:
For shipments beyond Europe, import duties, fees, and VAT may be applicable. These charges are determined by the destination country, taking into account the country of manufacture/origin and the goods' classification. X-Arrow® does not withhold duties and taxes during the payment process. Customers are responsible for any additional duties, and these must be settled for the package to clear customs.
