§1 Scope & Consumer Information
Welcome to X Arrow®. By placing an order, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions, available on our website. These terms exclusively apply to our entire business relationship.
§2 Creating a User Account
User accounts are reserved for legal entities and individuals with legal capacity. Minors cannot register. Please provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations with incomplete or falsified details.
§3 Contract Conclusion
Our offers are non-binding. Placing an order on our website or through other channels constitutes a binding offer. We may accept within 5 days. No contract is concluded for unlisted products.
§4 Delivery
Delivery will be handled by a carrier designated by the Seller.
After ordering, the Products will be delivered within a maximum of fourteen (14) days to the address provided by the Buyer, subject to full payment of the order. The Seller reserves the right to withhold or not proceed with delivery in the absence of payment.
In case of delay, impossibility, or partial fulfillment of the order, the Buyer will be informed within fourteen (14) days. If delivery does not occur within seven (7) days from the scheduled date and is not due to force majeure, the Buyer may cancel the order within sixty (60) days from the initially indicated delivery date. In case of Product unavailability, the Seller will inform the Buyer within fourteen (14) days, and the Buyer may request a refund. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days following the payment of the order.
The risk of damage or loss of the Products is transferred to the Buyer upon delivery to their address.
§5 Right of Complaint
The Seller's and third-party contact details for handling complaints are available on the Website under the "Contacts" section.
The Buyer must inspect the Product(s) upon receipt and promptly inform the Seller of any visible defects. Complaints must be submitted in writing and detailed in a clear and complete manner.
A response to complaints reaches the Buyer within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If processing requires more time, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the estimated timeframe, also within fourteen (14) days.
In case of Product recall by the Seller, the Buyer will fully cooperate. Any suspicion of a safety defect in the Product must be immediately reported to the Seller. At the Seller's discretion, the Product may undergo a recall procedure.
§6 Prices and Payment
Selling prices on the Website are expressed in your local currency or euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude shipping costs. Return costs are covered by the Seller. During order placement and contract confirmation, the total purchase price is clearly displayed.
Occasionally, the Seller may adjust prices displayed on the Website without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of ordering are those considered in the contract.
Payment is made via the payment methods presented on the Website and must be made no later than 14 days following product delivery. The Buyer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of any errors in the payment data provided during the transaction.

§8 Warranty and Liability
The Seller is legally obligated to provide a product that complies with the contract concluded with the buyer.
Subject to applicable legal provisions, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that the Buyer may incur in the performance of the Contract.
The Seller also cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the Contract in the event of force majeure as defined by French court jurisprudence and in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the Contract attributable to the Buyer or due to the unforeseeable and insurmountable action of a third party to the Contract.
In case of delivery of one or more non-compliant Product(s) or delivery of one or more Product(s) revealing a hidden defect, the Seller undertakes either to refund the Buyer the price of the Products, to exchange the Product(s) with one (or more) identical product(s) depending on available stocks, or to exchange the Product(s) with one (or more) Product(s) of equivalent quality and price depending on available stocks.
The Seller refers to the General Terms of Use of the Website regarding liability concerning the Website and its use.
§9 Maintenance
Follow the care instructions on labels. Improper care nullifies warranty claims.
§10 Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract for unpaid goods.
§11 Data Protection, Email Advertising
We respect privacy laws. Your data is used for order processing and occasional promotional emails. You can unsubscribe by contacting service@raw-arrow.com.

§14 Final Provisions
If any condition is invalid, the contract remains binding. The parties will seek an alternative legal solution.
